What time of day do we carry out surveys?
We only offer evening and weekend surveys to accommodate the schedules of busy, hardworking individuals. This ensures minimal disruption to your daily routine while allowing us to provide a convenient and flexible service tailored to your needs.
How Long Does it take for Planning and Building Warrant Decisions ?
It typically takes 8-10 weeks from the point of submission for planning permission to be processed. Following that, Building Control requires approximately 6-8 weeks to review and provide feedback on the designs. During this time, we keep you informed and ensure everything is progressing smoothly, so you’re always up to date on the status of your project.
How Long Does it take to complete a set of Drawings?
It usually takes us 1-2 weeks to provide a full set of drawing packages after the site visit is complete and the design has been agreed upon. This allows us to ensure that every detail is captured accurately, providing you with a comprehensive and clear plan for your project.
What happens if we change our mind mid way through?
As long as you inform us as soon as possible, we can liaise with the correct personnel to ensure everything is in order. Please note that any changes made after the initial submission may incur additional costs for Planning permission and Building Control.
